To apply for an Aptis ESOL test cancellation:

• If you are an individual candidate and have registered for the exam through our online registration system, you must complete and submit this online Refund form.
• If you are a registered candidate through a third party, (e.g. Aptis ESOL agent, preparation centre or university), you must inform the registering institution at your earliest convenience and process your request as instructed. Please do not use for this purpose this online Refund form.

Privacy Notice

The British Council will use the personal information you are providing to process your registration and deliver your Aptis ESOL exam. This processing is necessary for the performance of the contracted service as per our Terms and Conditions.

We would also like to use the information you provide to send details of activities, services and events which we think are of interest. We will process your data for this purpose based on your consent. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe link in each communication.

We will only share your data with our service providers under the terms of processor contracts and with the appropriate data transfer safeguards.
